I named CH 20 of A Long Way Gone The Meeting because in the Chapter Ishmael goes to New York and Interacts with other Kids from other Countries. He also meets Laura a Storyteller. In The Day of the Meeting he gives a speech about Sierra Leone and Keeps Contact with Laura who will become his future mother.

Ch 21 A Long Way Gone Questions
1. The tingling sensation he gets in his stomach is remembering walking on a moving sidewalk in Amsterdam airport.
2. He has never seen so many white people, all hurriedly dragging there bags.
3. In his school they had not enough school materials, and the classes were outside.
4. The students had to help there teachers grow crops in the gardens, it was the only way teachers who haven't been paid for years could make a living.
5. The other children have heard of Ishmael and Mohamed’s past solider life.
6. I wouldn’t want to be there friends because we don’t know if they are good people.
7. On May 25, 1997 there was a loud noise in the city.
8. The Rebels caused the noise in the morning. They wanted to overthrow the president of the country.
9. Some of the prisoners who escaped went to the houses of the judges and lawyers who sentenced them to kill them, and others joined the rebels in the army.
10. The Rebels are so desperate for becoming a president that they would use Children, prisoners and other people just to win the war.

Ch 20 A Long Way Gone Questions
1. Ishmael’s vision of New York city was a place were there was a lot of violence.
2. New York city is a place were there is many tall buildings and many businesses and services.
3. He saw winter in Christmas movies and didn't knew what it was.
4. He was very cold and felt like his face froze.
5. One time when I was going hiking with my cousins we saw an Indian culture.
6. They stayed in the Vanderbilt YMCA hotel.
7. There were some kids from: Lebanon, Cambodia, Kosovo, Brazil, Norway, Yemen, Mozambique, Palestine, Guatemala, New York, South Africa, Peru, Northern Ireland, Vietnam, India, Papua New Guinea, Malawi, Sierra Leone and more.
8. There was some food that Ishmael never heard about and didn’t knew about it.
9. He learned that the other kids also had a difficult childhood and that they have gone through great journeys to attend the conference.
10. Laura Simms was a white story teller.
11. He didn’t accept the winter jacket because it was a women's jacket. If I was very cold I would have used it.
12. in the times square they saw people in there underwear, music videos, and numbers.
13. In the conference the representative from each country would give a speech.
14. I've Come to learn that if I am going to take revenge, in the process I will kill another person whose family will want revenge, then revenge, and revenge, and revenge will never come to an end.
