CH 15 A Long Way Gone Questions

1. The Government Army had been fighting for two years and felt like killing was a daily activity.
2. Four men dressed in Blue jeans and white T-shirts that said UNICEF arrived in the Village.
3. Ishmael Considered his home and his Family to be the Government Army.
4. It was 1996 and Ishmael had already been 15 years old.
5. Jumah told Ishmael that he and his group were going on a Raid.
6. Ishmael and his friends talked about how good the drugs were all night.
7. The Civilians were taking them to Free town. I would try to find the best opportunity for safety if I was in a war.
8. Ishmael was thinking of High jacking the truck and driving it to Bauya.
9. I think they might have want to fight because they disagree, are angry and think that they are on the opposing army.
10. The men in the clean clothes were the civilians who wanted to take them to safety.
11. Ishmael pushed the man that tried to search him and told him he would kill him.
12. I think Ishmael feels like he didn’t finish his job in the Army and wants to be there until the war ends.
13. Ishmael saw many Cars and Buses at the last Check point.
14. Ishmael and his friends had started a fight with the other boys at the kitchen.
15. The boy had a Tattoo of the RUF initials.
16. The Boys realized that the Violence of the fight cheered them up after what happened in the entire day.
n7. The Military vehicles transported them into a rehabilitation center.
18. Ishmael was thinking what was happened to his weapon and what was his friends doing.
19. Ishmael scared the other boys by pulling out a grenade.
20. The Rebel kid said he was a Rebel because the Army killed his family and destroyed his village.
21. The Refugee camp did not Rehabilitate the boys because they were still fighting.
22. Some of the people trying to break the fight were either killed or injured.
23. Six people died. Two on there side and for on the Rebel side.
